Our starter package is a possible starting point for our Premium Managed Hosting. You can easily add more CPUs, RAM or servers at any time. The starter package includes 6 hours of technical setup time by our engineers to set up and migrate your application from other hosting providers. Custom server - individually tailored to your use case

You can have us set up individual servers with one of the server types listed below. Existing servers can also be converted to a different type at a later date.

Servers can be used flexibly – as application, database or job servers. The prices apply regardless of the intended use. Please note that storage space is billed separately. If you are unsure which server type is suitable for your workloads, we will be happy to advise you.

Setup

One-time setup costs

With your initial order, we charge a one-time setup fee in the amount of a monthly flat rate. The setup includes 6 hours of free technical setup time for the installation and migration of your application.

Typical tasks during setup are:

  • Installing and configuring your servers with a repeatable, version-controlled configuration
  • Hardening the security of your server configuration
  • Configuration of load balancers, application servers, databases and SSL certificates
  • Coordination of deployment details with your developers (e.g. via Capistrano pipe)
  • Migration of your application and data from a previous hosting provider

You can use the included hours within 6 weeks of placing the order. Unused hours expire.

After the 6 weeks, we charge €175 per hour for configuration changes, customizations, developer support, etc. Only the actual time spent will be charged; for larger tasks you will receive an estimate of the work involved in advance.

Note: All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT.
