This declaration on accessibility applies to the websites, landing pages and blog posts published on makandra.de. makandra GmbH endeavors to make its websites, including all content and functionalities, as accessible as possible. This is done in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Disability Equality Act, BGG for short, and the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance, BITV 2.0 for short, for the implementation of Directive EU 2016/2102.
Accessibility status
The basis for the accessibility of the published website are the internationally valid Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) in version 2.2 at conformity level AA in accordance with the European standard EN 301 549.We regularly determine the accessibility status through manual testing by an expert from our own ranks (Lighthouse & Wave).Due to the ongoing revision and expansion, the website is partially compatible with the aforementioned requirements.
Non-accessible websites and content
Some content and functionalities of the published websites are currently only accessible to a limited extent for technical reasons. We strive to make all content accessible. Where possible, we will try to remove these barriers.
- Barrier 1: Decorative images have alt texts, as empty alternative texts, as specified by the WCAG, cannot be implemented for technical reasons.
