Our full-time chef prepares 2 - 3 lunch dishes for all employees to choose from every day. Lunch is free of charge for everyone. All diets and allergies are considered. Coffee, drinks, fruits and snacks are also provided.

We try to find good solutions and suitable arrangements for every situation when it comes to balancing family and career. We have daycare places available at TONI Park that we can offer our employees and pay a daycare allowance.

Health is of central importance to us. That's why we offer training courses on health and ergonomics in the workplace several times a year. Membership of the new FitYou gym next to our office in TONI Park is heavily subsidized by us.
