This is makandra
At makandra, we develop and operate web applications and AI solutions for processes that cannot afford to fail. We are a team of 50+ employees from various disciplines and work on projects for clients ranging from scale-ups to large corporations, such as Audi, Siemens, and ProSiebenSat.1.
Our applications run reliably and will still be maintainable even ten years from now. This is made possible by a defined tech stack, high test coverage, realistic effort estimates, and close coordination within the team and with our clients. Throughout our company’s history, we have delivered every project on time and within budget.

Our Trainee Program
Our trainee program offers you a guided start to your career, during which you’ll be supported by experienced mentors. With a clear focus on efficiency and quality, you’ll continue to develop as a full-stack developer or DevOps engineer alongside our professionals—all at your own pace. Over the course of four to eight months, we’ll equip you with all the practical knowledge you need to be fully prepared to take on responsible roles in our projects.
