Fabian Rimpl joins Dr. Thomas Eisenbarth as Co-Managing Director.
At makandra GmbH, we are strengthening our leadership team: Founder and Managing Director Dr. Thomas Eisenbarth is now supported by Fabian Rimpl, who is stepping up as Co-Managing Director with immediate effect.
Fabian has been an integral part of our team for six years, leading Business Development and Sales during this time. He joined the executive team in early 2023, and this new role marks the next step in his journey.
For Thomas and the other shareholders – Henning Koch and Trurnit GmbH – it was clear from the start: if possible, the position should be filled internally. Someone who understands makandra, has been deeply committed for years, and shares the company’s vision. And that’s exactly what makes Fabian the perfect choice.

Fabian Rimpl holds a degree in business administration and has been working in the field of digital transformation for over 10 years. Before joining makandra, he worked as a consultant for an international management consultancy and supported startups in developing and implementing digital solutions.
We continue to work intensively on making our processes more efficient, fostering the growth of our team, and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in UI/UX, software development, and DevOps.
With Fabian Rimpl’s appointment as Managing Director, we are setting the course for the future. makandra is growing—our team has doubled in the past five years. This new dual leadership ensures a smart distribution of responsibilities and keeps us moving forward dynamically yet steadily.
