Live chat software for Deutsche Aidshilfe e.V.
Since 2016, Deutsche Aidshilfe e.V. has offered a live chat for gay men about HIV, STIs, and sexual health. makandra won the tender for the new browser-based chat software and delivered a fully functional solution within a short timeframe.
In cooperation with its member organizations and other partner organizations, the Deutsche Aidshilfe e.V. has been running an advisory chat for gay men since 2016, providing advice on HIV, sexually transmitted infections, and sexual health.
The makandra team developed a new, browser-based software for the live chat. Within a short time, all requirements were implemented and the finished application was handed over to the Deutsche Aidshilfe e.V.

With the new live chat, the approximately 75 consultants can advise users seeking support in individual chats from private desktop devices at home as well as from their offices.
