For 15 years now, we at makandra have dedicated ourselves to the design, development and operation of sophisticated web applications. Sharing our accumulated knowledge has always been an important part of our corporate culture. Following questions from customers and partners asking if we would also offer trainings, we have decided to go one step further. We are now offering trainings for external teams. May we introduce:

From the very beginning, highly qualified employees came to us directly from universities and became part of the makandra team. But even they still had to learn a lot about the practical application of the knowledge they had acquired at university or college in the real world of work. Henning Koch, makandra's co-founders, took on a mentor role right from the start in order to pass on knowledge in a sustainable way.
After a while, certain topics and processes crystallized and we launched our trainee program. Today, we are passionate experts in knowledge transfer and the trainee program is an essential part of our day-to-day work.
From the very beginning, we have placed great value on a corporate culture that promotes the sharing of knowledge. I am therefore all the more pleased that we can now communicate this mindset to the outside world and offer training courses for teams.

But what exactly have we prepared for you? We can't give a general answer to this question. We decide together what content we will cover and at what level we will start each module. It was clear to us that we didn't want to simply offer standard training courses with predetermined content, because we know from our own experience that no two development teams are the same and are convinced that we can respond better to your challenges and needs with customized training.
We focus on the areas of web development with Ruby on Rails, infrastructure, DevOps and (coming soon) UI/UX. We tailor the exact content to your individual needs. We take the time to train you optimally in your environment with your tools and your domain.
