What exactly is an AI chatbot, and what specific value can it offer businesses?
An AI chatbot is a conversational system that leverages artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing to conduct human-like interactions in real time. It understands questions, retrieves relevant content, and guides users through navigation, problem solving, and information retrieval.

How does the technical implementation work?
At its core, the AI chatbot is based on clearly defined instructions (system prompts), supplemented by structured information about the current video, as well as a function that enables targeted searches for additional relevant videos.
In addition, all videos have been automatically transcribed, enabling the AI chatbot to access spoken content directly and provide even more precise answers.
How is the OpenAI API integrated?
The frontend communicates with the server in real time, which in turn is connected to the OpenAI API. This allows responses to be streamed step by step and displayed in real time.
The content generated by the AI model is further enriched on the server, for example by adding relevant video titles from internal sources. Additionally, a special markup is used to ensure that elements such as video links or mathematical formulas are displayed cleanly.

From a UX perspective, what are the key considerations for AI chatbots? The biggest challenges here rarely lie in traditional interface design. Instead, the focus is primarily on managing user expectations and providing clear guidance to users.
