Free catering

Our full-time chef prepares 2 - 3 lunch dishes for all employees to choose from every day. Lunch is free of charge for everyone. All diets and allergies are catered for. Coffee, drinks, fruit and snacks are provided.

Family friendly

We try to find good solutions and suitable arrangements for every life situation in terms of balancing family and career. We pay a daycare subsidy and, as tenants, we have priority access to the daycare places at TONI Park.

Subsidy for Sports & Wellbeing

Your health matters to us: We provide ergonomic workstations and offer regular training sessions on healthy working practices. In addition, you can choose between a subsidy for FitYou, the gym right here in TONI Park, or a Wellpass membership giving you access to over 6,000 sports and wellness facilities across Germany.

Training budget

Your individual training budget can be used, for example, for conference visits, specialist books or training courses. Lab Days are there to evaluate new technologies on a self-determined topic or to fill a knowledge gap. There are also regular internal formats, seminars and lectures.

Flexible home office

With us, there are no fixed weekly attendance days, but a flexible arrangement that you can organize yourself.

Workation and sabbaticals

For the greatest possible flexibility in terms of work location, we offer the option of working from abroad for one month per year. You can also take a sabbatical of up to 3 months at a time.

Flexible working hours

We want to work successfully together as a team while ensuring the flexibility that each individual needs. We work together productively without rigid core working hours. Our employees work together productively in various part-time models.

Trainee program

Become part of a team

Our trainee program offers a structured start to your career, guided by experienced mentors. With a strong focus on efficiency and quality, you will grow into a full-stack developer or DevOps engineer alongside our team — at your own pace. Over the course of four to eight months, you’ll gain the practical skills and hands-on experience you need to confidently take on responsibility in our projects.
