In the AI potential analysis, we work with you to determine where AI brings real value to your company. We analyze your processes, develop concrete use cases and assess them for value, feasibility, regulatory compliance and economic viability. At the end, you receive a concept, a cost estimate and a roadmap for the next steps.
At its core is a one-day workshop. Beforehand, we hold a 1–2 hour preparatory call, after which we prepare the workshop for you. A final meeting follows, in which we hand over the results.

The AI potential analysis costs €6,500. This includes the preparatory call and workshop preparation, the one-day workshop and the final meeting with handover of the results. The initial consultation beforehand is free and helps you find the starting point that suits you.
